Orders usually leave our hands within two weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot control the USPS and shipping may take up to 7 days. If you need to have an order rushed, please contact us through email to make arrangements. Additional charges may apply.
I live in the Memphis area, can I pick up my order? TOP
Yes, if you would like to pick up your order to save on shipping charges, select local pick up on the order form. Pick up area is the west side of Germantown.
Do you charge sales tax? TOP
We charge 9.25% sales tax to items purchased in or shipped to the state of Tennessee.
What forms of payment are accepted? TOP
You may pay with a Paypal account or with a credit card through Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. If you would like to send a money order, please email to make arrangements to have your order processed.
Is it possible to choose a different color scheme for applique designs? TOP
Yes, If you would like different colors for any of the products on the website, please contact me through email. I would love to custom design something for you.
